Adbot Developer Referral Program

These terms govern participation in the Adbot Developer Referral Program. By registering as a developer referral partner, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Program Duration

The Adbot Developer Referral Program runs until the thirty-first of December 2026. Adbot reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the program at any time with written notice to participants.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must be a natural or juristic person of legal age, in good standing with Adbot, and not a current employee or contractor of Adbot Pty Ltd.

3. How You Get Paid

For every successful client sign-up referred through your unique referral code, you will receive R500 (five hundred South African Rand). Payments are processed monthly on the last business day of each month, covering all qualifying referrals from the preceding month. Payment is made to your nominated South African bank account. A referral is considered successful once the referred client has completed registration and remains an active Adbot user at the time of the payout run.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to promote Adbot honestly and professionally. You may only use Adbot-approved marketing materials and may not misrepresent our products, make false claims, or imply any endorsement beyond the referral relationship. You must comply with all applicable South African law, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, POPIA, and advertising standards set by the Advertising Regulatory Board.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension:

  • Creating fake, duplicate, or test accounts to generate referrals
  • Referral farming or self-referral
  • Click fraud or any form of traffic manipulation
  • Misleading advertising, spam, or phishing
  • Incentivising referrals without Adbot’s prior written approval
  • Any conduct that constitutes fraud or breach of South African law

6. Suspension and Termination

If Adbot discovers or reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or a violation of these terms, your referral program access will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Adbot reserves the right to permanently terminate your participation, forfeit any unpaid commissions, and pursue legal remedies where applicable. You may request a written explanation of your suspension within five business days of notification.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adbot is not liable for lost or delayed payments resulting from incorrect banking details provided by the participant, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The referral commission constitutes your sole compensation under this program.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Any information accessed in the course of your participation is confidential. You may not disclose client information, pricing, or internal Adbot data to any third party. Adbot processes your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy, available at myadbot.com.

9. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Western Cape High Court. Adbot encourages resolution of minor disputes through mediation before litigation is pursued.

10. Amendments

Adbot may amend these terms at any time with thirty days’ written notice. Continued participation in the program following notice of amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
